After a slight delay, Kylie’s official 2009 calendar is finally available, and it was worth the wait! In a change from previous years, Kylie has left behind the glitter and heavy make-up for a more sophisticated look which allows her natural beauty to shine through.

The calendar is available in UK stores now or can be ordered directly from www.danilo.com for £7.99 plus P&P which is charged at £1.50 in the UK, £2.50 in Europe and £4.00 for the rest of the world.
A big thanks to Kane at SayHey for the scans of the calendar.

To be honest I didn’t like it. I don’t like this ‘new sort of sophisticated glamour’ of will baker. Kylie darling we love you but please change the art direction or change the art director. I have a feeling that kylie has isolated itself in the past year or so only on Will’s art direction, styling, photography etc. Okay but i guess everyone can see it: It doesn’t work. And knowing the work of Will he can do it better, so Will stick to what you know best-styling and leave photography to someone else. As a devoted fan of Kylie following Kylie’s career from late 1980s, X period sort of reminds me of her PWL period, for obvious reasons…
i love it what stores cuz im going into town on wednesday
she has still got the sequins in there
The best pic is for March. It’s the only one that really seems to capture her well. The rest go down hill from there. In order then…
March 8/10, July 7.5/10, May 7/10, Aug 7/10, December 6.5/10, January 6/10,
the rest are just average at best 5/10. Somewhat disappointing considering the fact that Kylie all by herself rates a 10. I think I would have liked some less glam, and more real Kylie being well Kylie.
Or Kylie in 1940’s chic. Now that would look really hot. She’s got that kind of look and she can really bring it.
Really love june,augost,october,november and december!!!!
I’m sorry, I’m not feelin’ it. Kylie is 40 and they are treating her like she is much older. 40 is young! Let Kylie be young! I also think Gaultier went wrong with the fashions for X. What’s wrong with some skin, not to be crass? Kylie is beautiful here, as always, though.
Hopefully they won’t turn her recording career in the same “mature” direction.
I absolutely love March and October but some of these shots do make her look older, i’m not feeling that up do that she wore during the tour, she is ONLY 40! Thats so young and some of these outfits that JPG designed were just so unflattering like the sailor costume, the Naughty Manga thank heavens that wasn’t used in the calendar! and the dress she wore in The One video it looks like they threw a bouquet over her shoulder? I will still buy the calendar because i love my Queen but stop making her look older people! haha
well i love it
I think this is the best Kylie calendar of the past 3 years!!!
She looks absolutely lovely in all the pictures and I am releaved that all that make up and over the top styling is replaced for glamour and a very sophisticated look. It’s still sexy and she doesn’t look older. The october look is stunning!!!!She looks like a 30 year old there!!
So Kylie, I am impressed!! keep up the good work!
Wow, it’s amazing what a mixed reaction this calendar has received!
I don’t LOVE every picture myself, but I certainly don’t think she looks OLD in any of them – September reminds me of some of the images from around the Impossible Princess period and the B&W shots are stunning.

Kylie´s Calendars are worse every year… Kylie is a pop star, not a high street brand catalogue model!!!
William Baker could have stayed at home this day… Kylie should move on from Will´s influence…
SHE LOOKS CLASSY
“I don’t like this ‘new sort of sophisticated glamour’ of Will Baker.”
